The WWCPA is organized to provide a system by which wastewater collection personnel can be examined and certified, thereby establishing a standard of proficiency.
The Wastewater Collection Personnel Association sponsors sewer maintenance training opportunities to enhance the talents and capabilities of those who supervise, maintain, and operate wastewater collection facilities. Establishing a standard of proficiency through training and certification is vital in protecting the health, safety, comfort, and economy of the citizens of the State of Washington.
